I played some golf on the weekend, now I am not the best of golfers but I enjoy the game.  Some holes went ok and some went terribly, but I dont have a huge expectation.. I just go out there and have fun.

Amazing how golf can be a real leveler.  Just as you think ahh I think I got the hang of this game, you smack the ball into the rough… pretty much how my life has gone!!

But when I took 5 shots to reach the edge of the green on a par 4, I thought oh well, what the heck… lets just have a go at this chip shot and get it close to the hole…. I chipped it a bit strongly it hit the pin and dropped in for a double bogey, which may sound like terrible golf to you, but for me thats not bad!!  I need all the help I can get, even if it is from the pin.

And that I guess is life sometimes there is a pin in the way to help you and other times there isn’t… and thats how my gambling goes most times!
